Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING COST

We offer free domestic shipping on orders above $100. All domestic orders under $100 ship for a flat rate of $10 or you may select your own shipping rates.

International shipping is not currently available.

2.  SHIPPING TIME

All orders are processed within 48 hours Monday - Thursday and 72 hours Friday - Sunday. Shipping during the holiday season can be extended. Please expect shipping delays from October - December. United States orders are shipped through USPS or UPS and take 1-6 business days after receipt of the shipping confirmation, pending your selected shipping time frame.

3.  INSURANCE

Route package insurance is offered at check out for all online orders. This is full package protection and seamless resolution for order issues at a low fee. Contact Route at claims.route.com for lost, stolen, or damaged orders.

4. TRACKING

A tracking number is generated and will be sent to your email upon USPS or UPS scanning in your package.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the products being sold, we are unable to return products. All sales are final on purchases made without a consultation. If products are purchased after receiving a consultation and recommended skincare regimen, we are happy to work with you on a return (if products are unopened and unused) or exchange. By purchasing from our site you agree to our policy.
